- Biography:
Akram Spaal was born in Sialkot on June 1947. He completed his primary education in Sialkot and then completed a 4-year diploma course from Central Institute of Art and Crafts, Karachi. After that he joined an advertising company and started painting regularly from 1987.
- Artist Statement:
At first I painted old windows of various citizens and then I started painting on different subjects around me. Windows are my favorite subject because I get the opportunity to use different colors and I use my own colors in them. I used my own colors. When I am painting, I am not aware of my surroundings. At that time, if someone disturbs me, I feel very bad. I make a painting in 15 to 20 days.
